Mindig örülünk, amikor hasonló szemlélettel érkeznek látogatók a birtokra. Október közepén látogatott el hozzánk a ROADSTER csapata, hogy megnézze, miként zajlik egy szüret és a feldolgozás egy biodinamikus birtokon. Mi pedig örömmel mutattuk meg nekik!
A Kristinus Birtok borait könnyű felismerni jellegzetes, Balaton-logós címkéikről, de pár évvel ezelőtt, egy új birtokigazgatónak, és radikális szemléletváltásnak köszönhetően gondoskodtak arról is, hogy egy-egy bort is sokáig emlegessük. Ma az 55 hektáros birtokon biodinamikus szemlélet mellett, alacsony beavatkozással készítenek természetes borokat, és egyre szorosabb kapcsolatot kötnek a folyamatosan változó természettel. Mi épp a szüret idején látogattuk meg őket, hogy megnézzük, miként működik ez az izgalmas és kihívásokkal teli rendszer a hétköznapokban.
