4,A föld, az élővilág, a természet tiszteletben tartásával értéket kell teremteni nemcsak saját magunk számára, hanem a következő generációk számára is. Az utolsó órához érkeztünk, de még megvan a lehetőségünk pozitív irányba fordítani a világot.
5, Igyekszünk a lehető legkevesebb beavatkozással olyan karakteres borokat csinálni, amelyek elrugaszkodnak a sablonoktól.
