Mindig örülünk, amikor hasonló szemlélettel érkeznek látogatók a birtokra. Október közepén látogatott el hozzánk a ROADSTER csapata, hogy megnézze, miként zajlik egy szüret és a feldolgozás egy biodinamikus birtokon. Mi pedig örömmel mutattuk meg nekik!
A Kristinus Birtok borait könnyű felismerni jellegzetes, Balaton-logós címkéikről, de pár évvel ezelőtt, egy új birtokigazgatónak, és radikális szemléletváltásnak köszönhetően gondoskodtak arról is, hogy egy-egy bort is sokáig emlegessük. Ma az 55 hektáros birtokon biodinamikus szemlélet mellett, alacsony beavatkozással készítenek természetes borokat, és egyre szorosabb kapcsolatot kötnek a folyamatosan változó természettel. Mi épp a szüret idején látogattuk meg őket, hogy megnézzük, miként működik ez az izgalmas és kihívásokkal teli rendszer a hétköznapokban.

Tải sunwin hôm trước mình chỉ ghé thử cho biết chứ cũng không định chơi gì, kiểu tò mò xem trang họ làm ra sao thôi. Vào cái là thấy giao diện khá sáng sủa, nhìn không bị rối mắt như nhiều chỗ khác. Mình lướt một vòng thì thấy họ chia nội dung theo từng khối rõ ràng, nên kéo xuống vẫn biết mình đang ở đoạn nào, không phải đoán.
