Mindig örülünk, amikor hasonló szemlélettel érkeznek látogatók a birtokra. Október közepén látogatott el hozzánk a ROADSTER csapata, hogy megnézze, miként zajlik egy szüret és a feldolgozás egy biodinamikus birtokon. Mi pedig örömmel mutattuk meg nekik!
A Kristinus Birtok borait könnyű felismerni jellegzetes, Balaton-logós címkéikről, de pár évvel ezelőtt, egy új birtokigazgatónak, és radikális szemléletváltásnak köszönhetően gondoskodtak arról is, hogy egy-egy bort is sokáig emlegessük. Ma az 55 hektáros birtokon biodinamikus szemlélet mellett, alacsony beavatkozással készítenek természetes borokat, és egyre szorosabb kapcsolatot kötnek a folyamatosan változó természettel. Mi épp a szüret idején látogattuk meg őket, hogy megnézzük, miként működik ez az izgalmas és kihívásokkal teli rendszer a hétköznapokban.

https://tr88s.bio/ mình bấm vào coi thử cho biết vì thấy bạn bè nhắc thoáng qua, kiểu tò mò xem họ trình bày ra sao thôi. Vừa vào là thấy phần giới thiệu đặt khá ngay ngắn, có nhắc nền tảng này hoạt động từ 2018 nên mình cũng dễ hình dung hơn, không phải mò lâu.
