Ha a szakma kérdez, mindig örömmel válaszolunk! Ezek a párbeszédek különlegesen kedvesek számunkra. Beszélgettünk szőlőművelésről, biodinamikáról, változásról, tervekről és persze borokról.

3, A szuperkapitalista és materialista életmód a legnagyobb fenyegetés a világra nézve. Egyetlen célja rávenni az embereket, hogy minél több pénzt költsenek szükségtelen dolgokra. Ez a szemléletmód a mezőgazdaságra is rávetítődik, soha nem látott mértékben pusztítjuk a környezetet.
4,A föld, az élővilág, a természet tiszteletben tartásával értéket kell teremteni nemcsak saját magunk számára, hanem a következő generációk számára is. Az utolsó órához érkeztünk, de még megvan a lehetőségünk pozitív irányba fordítani a világot.
5, Igyekszünk a lehető legkevesebb beavatkozással olyan karakteres borokat csinálni, amelyek elrugaszkodnak a sablonoktól.
