We harvested a limited crop from one of our best located vineyards - Parapli. After that, we also performed manual sorting during processing. After processing, it fermented in 5hl wooden barrels plus two 240 liter amphoras (followed by two months of battonage) and matured for 9 months. We used the most beautiful barrels and two amphoras in the blending, which gave the wine extra complexity.
