Analóg is the opposite of digital. We made this wine with our bare hands, using
our intuitions and as little technical help as possible - nothing more or less than
needed which enables us to create honest and pure natural wines. Made from
100% hand-picked Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented spontaneously
and bottled without filtration - simple pleasure.
 
Chill it to 12 degrees and make sure you have some friends around to share with.
This wine could contain natural sediment, so we recommend shaking it up before
