Clean, more than medium mature and expressive scent reveals produce harvested fully ripened. In addition to ripe yellow apple and ha, pear and some marzipan also appear. When tasting the wine is dry. High acidity provides freshness to this medium alcohol wine. The notes promised on the nose appear in the sip. Its wedium finish is fresh, however unlike the usual immature Sauvignon character, a nice, round wine farewells in the mouth.
