Clean, deep red in appearance with a ruby rim. It has a combination of chocolate, chilli and mint on the nose, in which the vanilla characteristic of the barrel appears over time. The flavouur has the elegant character you expect from the fragrance, with pepper, chocolate, cocoa, tobacco and red berries on the palate. Its tannin structure is smooth, characterized by a long and complex finish, and it is a very characteristic and balanced wine overall. It is recommended to go with red meat dishes.
