Ripe cherry, sour cherry, dark chocolate and fine ground notes appear on the nose with a hint of coconut and warm barrel spices. When tasting, the wine is dry, with average acidity, it is characterised by silky tannin structure, average alcohol and body. Full-bodied wine showing a character mature for consumption. An ideal companion of beef and game, but it is also worth trying with desserts made from dark chocolate.
