Deep purple in color with some lilac hue. The aroma is dominated by herbs, combined with a pinch of fruits (sour cherry). Lasting and complex taste combinedwith features of ripe fruits and velvety tannins.

    Technology: Made from sorted grapes, at very low yields. Combination coming from experimental aging. Part of it has been aged in barrique barrels, the other part in amphora for 14 months.
