Clear and dim lemon color, nearly transparent. Its high level of viscosity refers to the high value of its content. Clear and express aroma is unambiguously characterized by particularly intense glucose of aromatic grapes and fresh fruits, such as peach and sweet greengage. If tasted, you can feel the tangy acidity a little higher than average; this wine is moderate and lighter bodied, also have less alcohol with lasting taste that is full of fresh fruits, such as muskmelon and peach. The wine contributes to the revaluation of underestimated notes and is worth of picking as a choice. Food pairing: fruit salad or Asian foods. Enjoy it as it is.

Residual sugar: 0.9 g/l
Technology: Made from very ripe Chardonnay grape of a good vintage. 80% fermented on 16 °C in stainless steel tank. 20% fermented and oaked for 3 months in 500 liter Hungarian oak cask (3rd an 4th fill).
